Terms of use of OCFNZ’s funded counselling programme

By applying for and using OCFNZ’s funded counselling programme, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, as outlined below. 

  • Access to OCFNZ’s funded counselling programme requires prior approval and a referral from OCFNZ
  • You can apply for funded counselling sessions through the OCFNZ website
  • Once you’ve submitted your referral form, we may ask for additional information to ensure the funded counselling is appropriate for you
  • Once you’re approved to access funded counselling, you will be required to access your allocated sessions within four months of your first counselling session
  • Funded counselling sessions are non-transferable, and can only be accessed by the approved person 
  • Our funded counselling programme is administered by TELUS Health – when accessing funded counselling you agree to TELUS Health’s terms and conditions
  • We may share your information with TELUS Health or other related parties 
  • If you have an issue with the counselling you receive, you should first address this with the clinician directly or alternatively, TELUS Health. OCFNZ’s role is to facilitate and fund your access to this service and we’re not liable for any failure to provide that service to the expected standard, however please do let us know if you experience any issues at office@ocfnz.org.nz
