We’re proud to offer two grants this year to support ovarian cancer research in Aotearoa:
- Research Grant: up to $80,000 for a project that aims to improve ovarian cancer care by advancing understanding of how the disease develops, is diagnosed, or is treated.Closes 1 August 2025.
- Travel Grant: up to $8,000 to help an early-career researcher gain experience in a world-renowned research lab, and bring that experience home. Closes 3 October 2025.
Funding research grants is an important part of our mission. We aim to improve ovarian cancer care today while funding transformational research to find tomorrow’s cure. Supporting research is essential to making progress against this disease, and we’re proud to back talented Kiwi researchers working to create change. We are excited to see this year’s applications and support essential research.
In 2025, we are excited to partner with Cancer Research Trust New Zealand (CRT), to administer our grants for the first time. CRT is the second largest non-government funder of cancer research in Aotearoa. CRT bring decades of experience and rigour to the grants administration process and we are thrilled to have them as partners in supporting vital ovarian cancer research.
